Workshop on Error Correction and Proofreading

Do you have a written assignment due for submission soon?  Are you unsure as to the level of accuracy in your writing?  If so, then this interactive workshop may be for you!  The practise exercises are suitable to non-native users of English studying any discipline.

Researcher skills talk tomorrow, followed by free food and networking

Tomorrow 2pm to 4pm. Free event.  Free food. Meet other researchers.  Volunteering opportunities.
 
Volunteering develops a variety of all important transferable skills and is an excellent opportunity for public engagement - something that should be on every researcher's mind!  Tomorrow at 2pm there will be a lecture on this topic given by Dr Mehdi Barghchi followed by free refreshments and cake and networking with people who can direct you to unique volunteering opportunities around the University.
